Runner bean plant is dying!!

14th May
Progress on the plants.

The money plant today:

I think it is growing well.

Runner bean plant is now outside and still alive! But it doesn't look as healthy!! Oh dear!

7th April,

The Plant is now in Reading. Mum and dad transferred it to Ray and Sylvia (parents -in-law) who have come to visit for Easter.

Here is the plant at the start of its 200 mile journey - on top of mum's car.

Here it is on our window ledge

Update on Sophie's plant:

Rhonwyn came around for a coffee a couple of weeks ago and identified the plant as a runner bean. Its good to know what it is (an shows my lack of gardening skills!!)

Here it is today:

28th March

The plant has moved. It is now in Liverpool. Mum collected it and brought it to hers. She also watered it (I think I asked her to!).

Here is is with the Grandmother plant

If you compare the three plants you will see who is the richest (the one with the biggest flowering plant!!!). Just wait mine will soon grow and be the best!

Sunday 4th March 2012

Ok plant is still alive. Here is proof:

It is looking thirsty so Sarah watered it today (well she said she would!!).
Thought I would set up a new page just for the plant growing.

Feb 2012
New photos of the Glasgow cutting- being looked after by my sister Sarah and my niece Isla (she just turned 1 last week). I think Isla is appreciating how great the plant is!!

I have two plants growing.

Sarah has the money plant in Glasgow (mum didn't bring it South after last visit!). Here is the first picture of it.

It is a cutting taken from the mother plant below

And Sophie's bean plant from school (bean and plant unknown).

Now waiting for a progress report from Sarah (and even a shot of her with the plant??).

The bean plant has grown loads already. It lives on the kitchen window ledge. Will post a photo when I take one in daylight so we can see it.
