We went to London to see the judo as part of the Olympics. We used lots of different modes of transport: feet, car, train, tube, DLR and taxi the first being the train.
Meeting the mascots (at Paddington station)
Once at the venue we had a quick picnic
The venue was Excel.
First through security - the information suggested we arrive 2 hours before because of security - but it took about 10 minutes to get through!! Very efficient
Once through we could see the venue
Where is Sophie?
All the sports in Excel
Team GB supporters
Inside the venue
Once inside we had time to spend money, eat, queue for free water (no liquids allowed in!!) and queue for the toilet before being allowed in to the seating area.
